AntWorks Space Ants Habitat
The AntWorks® SpaceAnts is an economical new design for beginning ant watchers. With its smaller size and simplified design, the SpaceAnts habitat is the lowest price gel habitat ever offered by AntWorks®. Shorter and thinner than the original AntWorks® habitat, the SpaceAnts habitat reduces cost without compromising quality. While the blocky straight line design may be less aesthetically pleasing and is inherently less stable than the traditional curved AntWorks® design, the stability problem is solved by the addition of two detachable stabilizer feet. The SpaceAnts habitat is still filled with the same top quality nutrient gel used in the top of the line AntWorks® habitats, and the SpaceAnts habitat also retains the unique “cat proof” cover design that ensures your ants won’t escape to become a pest in your home. The SpaceAnts habitat does not come with an illuminator and none of the existing AntWorks® illumination options are compatible with the SpaceAnts habitat. The SpaceAnts habitat also gives up the informative information booklet, provided with the more expensive habitats, for a simplified multilingual guide that covers only the essentials of setting up and populating your ant habitat. For individuals wishing to review a complete informational Owner’s Manual, it can be accessed through the Ant Farm Universe library of digital Owner’s Manuals. The SpaceAnts habitat includes an order form to receive a supply of live Harvester ants by mail.* For the more adventurous, you can gather your own ants to populate your SpaceAnts habitat. Suitable for ages 6+, adult assistance recommended.
