Using the Interactive Site Map

The general layout of the map is hierarchical in nature. The top level pages are listed down the left side of the page. Each of the top level pages that links to sub pages will display a “+” sign to the left of the page name. By clicking on the “+” sign, the next level of sub pages is displayed. In the same manner as the top level pages, each sub page that links to subsequent pages is identified by its own “+” sign. By clicking on each subsequent “+” sign you will gain access to a deeper level of sub pages.

In the same manner that you can expand the page tree, you can also collapse any expanded branch. This is done by clicking on the “-” sign which is displayed in front of each page link containing an expanded branch.

The expandable/collapsible nature of the site map allows you to see as much or as little of the site content as you choose. You have total flexibility in choosing the portion of the map you wish to view. You are free to view the entire map or focus in on specific areas such as a single habitat style or the information rich Insect University.
